Usage data: Commands executed, feature usage patterns, timestamps, and error logs. We collect this to improve the Service and provide support.

Device data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and general location (country/region). Collected automatically via standard web technologies.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) process payments; (c) send transactional emails; (d) improve features and fix bugs; (e) detect fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. AI Processing

When you run commands, your inputs are sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for processing. We do not use your inputs to train our own models. Each provider's data processing is governed by their respective privacy policies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Command history is retained for 90 days by default; Pro and Team users can configure retention settings. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Data Sharing

We share data only with: (a) AI model providers to process your commands; (b) payment processors (Stripe) for billing; (c) analytics tools (privacy-friendly, no ad tracking); (d) law enforcement when legally required.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest), access controls, and regular security audits. No system is perfectly secure; we commit to prompt disclosure in the event of a breach.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access, correct, delete, or export your personal data; object to processing; withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use privacy-friendly analytics (no cross-site tracking). We do not use advertising cookies.
